Watchdog Security & Sound and RM Integrations Have Joined Forces!

Same Great Service. Familiar Faces. A Stronger Future.

Dear Valued Customer,

We are excited to announce that Watchdog Security & Sound has officially joined forces with RM Integrations!

As part of this exciting transition, RM Integrations will now be your security service provider. By bringing our companies together, we now have a combined 56 years of experience in the security industry, allowing us to provide even greater service, support, and expertise to our customers.

RM Integrations is a locally owned and operated security company specializing in residential and commercial security systems, video surveillance, fire alarm monitoring, access control, and smart home technology. Our commitment is simple: to provide exceptional customer service while helping protect what matters most to you.

Familiar Faces, Same Personal Service

One of the things we're most excited to share is that Stan Hovanec will be joining the RM Integrations team!

We know how important it is to have a familiar face you can trust when it comes to your security. With Stan continuing to serve customers as part of our team, you'll still have the opportunity to work with someone you already know, now backed by the additional resources and support of RM Integrations.

What Does This Mean for You?

Your Pricing Is Staying the Same!

Your existing service and monitoring rates will remain unchanged as part of this transition. There will be no price increase simply because of the change in ownership.

A New Name on Your Invoice

Moving forward, your invoices and billing statements will come from RM Integrations rather than Watchdog Security & Sound. While the name on your invoice will change, your current pricing will remain the same.

Continued Service and Support

RM Integrations will now be your point of contact for service, technical support, billing questions, and any future security needs. Our team is committed to making this transition as smooth and seamless as possible.

More Products and Services Available

As an RM Integrations customer, you'll also have access to our full range of security and technology solutions, including video surveillance, smart home automation, access control, networking, and more.

We're Excited to Welcome You!

We understand that choosing a security provider is about more than just equipment and monitoring. It's about trust, reliability, and knowing someone will be there when you need them.

With familiar faces, expanded resources, and a combined 56 years of industry experience, we're excited about what the future holds.

We sincerely appreciate the trust you've placed in Watchdog Security & Sound over the years and look forward to continuing that relationship as part of the RM Integrations family.

If you have any questions about this transition or your account, please don't hesitate to contact our office.

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to serve you!
